Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
We understand you may need to try items on — that's totally fine. However, items that show signs of being worn (odours, marks, or damage) cannot be accepted for return.
How to Return To start a return, get in touch with us at Enquiries@upnorthattire.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out for you straight away.
